  1. Termination before project fulfillment – within 30 calendar days after purchase:

If you decide to terminate the project before it has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary information.

  1. Project commencement:

Once we have received the author's materials, which includes the signed Authors Embassy agreement form, or if we or a third-party contractor has commenced work on the service, the project is considered to have started. Once the project has commenced, the author is no longer eligible for a refund. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering results of the highest quality. However, once the project is underway, resources and efforts have already been allocated, making it challenging for us to offer refunds.
